Victor's Glasses

So we took Victor to the optometrist about 2 weeks ago.  I figured that the optometrist was a good place for him to start his visits to the doctors.  We haven't taken him to the dentist yet because he is such a scaredy cat!  But I figured the optometrist might be fun for him and he's been doing much better lately at being brave.

Well, he did great at the optometrist.  I went in with him during his exam.  I could tell he was going to need glasses, he couldn't see the last line of pictures that were shown to him!!  He was being silly, making things up.  So he was given a prescription for glasses.  He will only need them when he starts going to school to read and write.  Basically the glasses will help his eyes develop properly and if we are lucky he won't need glasses later on.  But Tom and I both wear glasses so I'm not betting on that!

Here are some pictures of when we went in to pick up his glasses.  I think he looks like Leo from Little Einstein's!  Luckily Victor was excited to get glasses, like his mommy and daddy.

We're BAAACCKKK!!!

Yea we are back!!!  Just in case you hadn't noticed we were down for about 2-3 weeks.  Or was it longer than that?  I don't even know!

Somehow a little TORNADO (named Jonas) tore through the computer room and pulled wires out of our computer.  AAAUUGGGHHH!!   That little boy is CRAZY!!  But there's no getting mad at him.  He'll just look at you with those big eyes, smile and say "HI!!"  Then he laughs his little head off, as he whirls to the next room to see what destruction he can cause there!

So if I was waaayy behind on my blogs before I most definitely am now!!  I missed my sister Fati's baby shower, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Medea's going away, and so much more!!  But I promise to post some pics sooner or later!  LOL!!
